MECHANO-LUBE® 6VP746 is an oil- and solvent-free boron nitride dispersion for different application methods (spraying, dipping, rolling etc.). MECHANO-LUBE® 6VP746 is a replacement product for oil-based release agents and lubricants for high-temperature applications. The product is designed in such a way that it does not generate any polycyclic decomposition products.

Product Description
MECHANO-LUBE® 1D8 is an innovation in the field of water based lubricants for forging. Thanks to the optimized surface tension, the product can be sprayed much better and finer, resulting in a complete die cover. MECHANO-LUBE® 1D8 can therefore be used more economic. Foam formation occurs neither during dilution nor during stirring.
Due to its composition, MECHANO-LUBE® 1D8 does not build up an inorganic layer and does not tend to bond the ejectors. The product contains no silicates (waterglass). It is easy to dilute and has an extended shelf life. The special ground graphite ensures a low friction coefficient. MECHANO-LUBE® 1D8 can be precipitated or recycled in waste water purification plants with conventional precipitants. Another novelty of MECHANO-LUBE® 1D8 is re-usability after frost damage. The dispersion can be stirred up again after thawing and can be used.

MECHANO-LUBE® 1M2 is a lubricant powder in instant form. This product was special developed for mandrel bar lubrication. The unique property of this product is the special treated graphite and the additives. The graphite is special refined and purified crystalline natural graphite. MECHANO-LUBE® 1M2 provides outstanding pressure and temperature stability as well as low friction coefficient. Selected additives enable an easy dispersibility in water and excellent adhesion on different mandrels including chromium-plated mandrels. No buildup after rolling process and no carburization. MECHANO-LUBE® 1M2 is stable against contamination with descaling agents. It can be applied with all common spraying systems such as airspraying and airless systems.

How to prepare a dispersion
Tap water quality until max. 14°dGH can be used.
Carefully add the calculated quantity of MECHANO-LUBE® 1M2 (depending on the required quantity) into mixing tank equipped with a stirrer and containing the right quantity of water and mix thoroughly. Using dissolvers or jetstream mixers fits best. Dispersion is ready after 60 minutes stirring time.
The ration between powder and/or water enable you to produce the solid content of your choice up to 30 % solid content.
Storage
The product should be stored in a cool dry place

MECHANO-LUBE® 3VP697 contain special ground platelet shape graphite. The additives are selected to avoid reactions with other materials. The product can be applied with all standard application methods (rolling, squeegeeing, brushing, spraying, etc.). MECHANO-LUBE® 3VP697 contains no solvents (VOC-free) and is nevertheless fast drying. After drying, an even, dense coating with a high sliding effect is formed. The coating can be washed off again with water.
